SentryPlus AI provides a child-safety browser extension that helps parents identify potentially harmful chat content on websites and web-based games.

This policy applies to the SentryPlus AI Chrome extension, parent dashboard, and related support pages.

Account and authentication data: email address, authentication tokens/session metadata, and account identifiers.
Website content needed for safety detection: chat/page text snippets analyzed for toxic, predatory, or high-risk content.
Incident records: detected message text, detected phrase/category, source URL, game/site name, optional username text shown on page, and timestamps.
Subscription and billing metadata: plan status and transaction/subscription status (payment processing is handled by Stripe).
Local extension settings: sensitivity level, local counters, login state, and anonymous visitor ID stored in browser storage.
Operational diagnostics: basic error and reliability logs for security and troubleshooting.

4) Why we process data

To detect harmful content and present safety alerts to parents/guardians.
To provide dashboard history and category summaries.
To authenticate users and manage subscriptions/features.
To secure, maintain, and improve service reliability.

5) Chrome extension permissions and purpose

Host access: used to analyze page text where chat appears.
storage: used for login/session state and user preferences.
identity: used for Google OAuth sign-in.
notifications: used to show safety alerts.

6) Data sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers required to operate SentryPlus AI, such as:

Supabase for authentication, database, and server functions.
Groq for toxicity/classification inference when used by the extension workflow.
Stripe for subscription and payment processing.
Google OAuth for account sign-in.

7) Data retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, meet security and legal obligations, or until deletion is requested where applicable.
